Motorsports Composites Training Announces Training Agreement with
Jim Russell Racing Driver’s School

Teaches Race Car Mechanics Advanced Carbon Fiber Repair &
Manufacturing Techniques

BENICIA, Calif. July 30, 2008 — Motorsports Composites Training (www.M-C-T.
org), today announced an agreement with the Jim Russell Racing Driver’s
School (JRRDS) to train race car mechanics in advanced carbon fiber
composite repair and manufacturing.  

JRRDS, which hosts a year-long Mechanics Training Program, will now
include the Motorsports Composites Training Course as a mandatory step in
its curriculum.  The 5-day course includes extensive hands on training
around material selection for manufacturing new parts or making repairs,
working with metal and composites, resin systems, when to use substitute
materials, damage assessment methods, wet repairs, lay up and cure
techniques, auto clave processing and much more.  

Enrollment in the 5-day course is open all students, and the next available

Motorsports Composites Training, in association with Abaris Training
Resources (http://www.abaris.com/) and Finishline Advanced Composites

hands on carbon composite training using the highest quality equipment

About the JRRDS Mechanics Training Program
The JRRDS Mechanics Training Program is dedicated to training entry-level
mechanics for race teams. Over 3,000 men and women have graduated from
the program and are employed by some of the top teams in NASCAR, SCCA,
IRL, ALMS, and chassis and engine suppliers.  The 12 month program
provides hands-on racecar training, supplemented by classroom instruction
and driving instruction. Topics include race car preparation, gearbox
buildup, chassis set up, welding, fabrication, vehicle systems, composites,
and data acquisition.

BENICIA, Calif. March 27, 2008 — Motorsports Composites Training (www.m-c-t.org),
in association with Abaris Training and Finishline Advanced Composites, today
announced a 5-Day training course for carbon fiber composite manufacturing. Two
courses will be held on
July 21-25 (JULY SESSION CLOSED), and August 25-29,
2008 at Finishline’s state-of-the-art manufacturing center in Benicia, California.
Instruction will be provided by Jay Carpenter, who has over 20 years of experience in
advanced composite prototyping, tooling and fabrication.
The course curriculum includes extensive hands on training using the highest quality
equipment available in laboratories which are technologically second to none.
Students will learn about material selection for manufacturing new parts or making
repairs, working with metal and composites, resin systems, when to use substitute
materials, damage assessment methods, wet repairs, lay up and cure techniques,
auto clave processing and much more. Enrollment is now open for both courses. 5
